Mrs Emi Rabukawaqa is an educator by profession. She served as Permanent Secretary of Education and as CEO of the Ministry of Information and Communications. Served on various Boards including the Fiji Higher Education Commission and the Fiji Qualifications Council. Now retired and volunteers in Children’s Ministry work.
