The Cell Planting Manual is Christian Mission Fellowship International’s (CMFI) initiative to train, equip, and empower laypeople in the local church for effective ministry. The curriculum is written by inspiration of the Holy Spirit through Rev. Suliasi Kurolo, the founder and president of CMFI, coupled with the vision of the great commandment of “Love” (Matt. 22:36-40) and the Great Commission “to go and make disciples of all nations” (Matt. 28:19-20). The Cell Planting Manual derives from the cell base manuals, which provide step-by-step biblical lessons for maturing new believers. 

Furthermore, this lesson is a spiritual instrument that has initiated the planting and establishment of CMFI churches in 100 nations over the past 30 years. It is currently made available by the World Harvest Institute, the cutting-edge Bible training arm of CMFI, in empowering believers to know God intimately and make Him known corporately.
